Addressing the media after presiding over the Cabinet meeting, Chief Minister Raghubar Das said each of his Cabinet colleagues would spend a day in villages on May 23 to examine the Government schemes reaching at the grass-root level.
“We have decided to take out ‘kissan rath’ in each district on May 25 and in next five years farmers would be given Kissan Health Cards to help farmers know about soil composition,” said Das.
