Garhwa in-charge, District Planning Committee Chairman and labour Minister Raj Paliwar on Friday ordered to blacklist Patil Construction that is working on NH 75 The decision was taken in a meeting of the District Planning Committee held at DC's Conference hall.
Both the Garhwa and Bhawnathpur MlAs Satyendra Nath Tiwari and Bhanu Pratap Shahi raised the issue of the deplorable condition of NH 75 at Garhwa to Replace and Nagar Untari to Bilaspur. The Minister also ordered to write to the Government against concerned officers.
Paliwar also ordered to lodge an FIR against Ramkanda BDO Dyanand Prasad Jaiswal and ordered a probe against BDO Ranka. He asked the DRDA Director for inspection, following the allegation made by Garhwa MlA that BDO sanctioned about 250 schemes after ignore the norms. The Minister said that if the allegation were found then take action against the BDO.
