On the direction of Hazaribag deputy commissioner Nancy Sahay, the mines department is doing the regular raids on the illegal mines crushers in the district. The more than hundred illegal stone crushers
are running in the Ichak block of the district.
In this process the mines department of the Hazaribag has raided on six illegal stone crushers which are crushing the stone in the area ofTepsa of Ichak block and fined Rs 1.27 lakhs.
The mining inspector Sunil Kumar said that we have stopped the maximumillegal stone crushers in this areas. We got the information that the six illegal stone crushers are running by some persons in Tepsa of Ichak block.
We have raided on the all illegal stone crushers with the team and found that they are doing the work there. We have estimated that they are giving the loss to the government Rs 1.27 lakhs.
Th department has ordered to deposit the same amount in the account of government.
The mining department has lodged a FIR in Ichak police station on Subhash Mehta, and vikash Mehta of Gunja village, Jitan Mehto and Munshi Mehto of ichak was became main accused in the police report.
In the team forest and environment department officers were accompanied with the mining inspector.
