Medininagar Nagar Parshad, Rotary Club at daggers drawn

The Rotary Club Daltonganj and Medininagar Nagar Parshad are at daggers drawn over the inauguration of a hospital located on the station road here in Daltonganj. The Rotary Club is determined to get this hospital inaugurated by Jharkhand Health Minister Ramchander Chandravanshi on August 11. The Medininagar Nagar Parshad is all out to thwart this programme of  the Rotary Club on this premise citing the premise is a leased plot of land of   Nagar Parshad Medininagar.
The Rotary Club maintains that as per the registered deed of lease it is free to  use the premise and building thereof as hospital. The Medininagar Nagar Parshad contests this saying the premise ( read plot of land) was leased out to Rotary Club to run school there and not for the hospital. The president of Daltonganj Rotary Club A N Sharma said ‘We ran school here in this premise where we had our two-storeyed building. Now this school is running  under Chainpur block. The premise and the building is now put to another social  service by way of setting up hospital there. So where is the harmIJ’
On the other hand In Charge Chairman of Medininagar Nagar Parshad P K Babu argues that running hospital from the premise which is a leased one of Medininagar Nagar Parshad ( then Daltonganj municipality) is a breach of trust and violation of terms and conditions as laid in that registered deed of lease entered upon between  then Daltonganj municipality and Rotary Club Daltonganj.
