Chief Minister Raghubar Das asked MECON ltd to initiate the work of converting the villages of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, Sido Kanho and Ramdayal Munda into model villages while talking to MECON CMD AK Tyagi at Project Building.
He asked to survey these villages and start the required work as soon as possible.
This development work has to be done by MECON under their CSR activity.
He also asked the principal secretary of Rural Development Department NN Sinha to coordinate with MECON ltd for the development work of converting Ulihatu, Bhognadih and Deori into model villages.
While meeting at Project Building, CM also declared that the Government will shortly announce about the schemes related to development of renewable sources in the state.
He also asked MECON CMD to start the work of building flyovers in Ranchi so that the problem of traffic in the city can be solved.
The Government asked MECON ltd to quickly call the pre-biding meeting for tender for constructing at least three single flyovers in order to advance the construction work.
He welcomed the ideas from MECON ltd for improving infrastructure.
He also gave them direction to comp formality for construction on abandoned available land in the state.
