MECON was conferred the award of ‘organisation with innovative HR practices’ in appreciation of its organisational good work at Asia Pacific HRM Congress 2014, presented by Ascent and supported by India’s Energy Anchor ONGC.
The theme of the congress was ‘Building a Great Place to work with Powerful Results’. The prestigious award was received by Director (Technology), MECON, MN Sharif in a glittering ceremony hosted at Vivanta by Taj, Bangalore on September 11, 2014.
The award objective at core was Benchmarking Talent, Recognition of Best HR practices and Appreciation of Organisational leadership and Contribution.
