Extensive ground work is being done by the security forces to prepare a blue print regarding the management of traffic during the rally of BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on December 29. According to the sources, Modi will reach the venue at Prabhat Tara ground from back side of the stage through a separate route sanitized at least an hour before he crosses Jagannathpur temple Road.

“As per the blue print prepared by the police and the organizers, Modi ji is to enter the venue from the back side and the approach road from which he will be reaching the venue will be completely sanitized,” said an organizer requesting anonymity. As the organizers are expecting huge crowed from all over the state on November 29, traffic will be the major problem for them. To manage the traffic, district wise parking is being arranged at the different grounds located in the nearby localities.

“Separate parking passes of various colors will be distributed for the vehicles coming from different districts across the state to avoid chaos at any particular parking area,” he said. Proper security arrangements will be provided to Modi as per the directions of Ministry of Home Affairs. Over 1000 security forces will be deputed right from the Airport to Prabhat Tara ground.

According to the sources, the stage will be covered by a layer security comprising Jharkhand Police, Gujarat Police and NSG commandos, though it did not disclose the details. ‘NaMo Ahaar’ has also been arranged for the crowd coming from faraway places in the state. As many as one lakh food packets will be distributed among the crowd and over 6000 families have been attached with NaMo for the purpose.

“We have distributed one lakh packets among the member families who will prepare food for the crowd a day before the rally,” said NaMo Mantra convener Sanjay Seth. Those packets will contain meals according to a pre-decided menu comprising – 6 poories, one vegetable of Aaaloo-zeera, one pickles as well as a piece of chili in it, said Seth.

All the food packets will be collected before Saturday mid-night so that it could be distributed among the crowed on Sunday during the rally.
