As part of Sankalp yatra, BJP state president Babulal Marandi on Sunday addressed public meeting at Tundi assembly constituency terming the state government as a looter government. He said that the law and order situation has ended in the JMM, Congress and RJD governments. Criminals have the protection of the state government. He said that if the rule of law is to be brought, then the JMM/ Congress alliance government will be uprooted. He said that instead of maintaining law and order, the police are busy in extortion at the behest of state government and in false cases and action against those who speak against the government.
He said that no work is done in government offices without payment, corruption has reached its peak. State government is involved in the loot of coal, sand, stone and land. Looting is happening under the protection of the government.
He said that Zamindari has ended but today JMM leadership family has maximum land in Jharkhand. By looting the land of Oraon, Munda, Santhali tribals, the JMM leadership family has become like landlords.
He said that there was no ban on sand in the BJP government, while in the present government, local people are being caught and sand is being sold in other states by middlemen. He said that for calling the government a looter government, half a dozen false cases were made. He said that Santhal Pargana Builders Company has also made false allegations. He said Hemant Soren ji, it is your government to file an FIR and get the investigation done. Stop doing false politics. At the same time, while speaking on ED, he said that if CM has not done any wrong, then what is the fear. What is the need to hire the costliest lawyer.
Addressing the public meeting, Marandi said that during the reign of Atal ji, the dream of a separate state was fulfilled and roads were also constructed from village to village. He said that Modi ji is bringing schemes keeping the poor in mind. Modi ji cares for the poor. He appealed to Narendra Modi to form the Prime Minister and the BJP government in Jharkhand in 2024 and resolved to overthrow the Hemant government.
Marandi also said that the present government cannot stop him from raising his voice against corruption, exposing his loot and lies by giving misleading information by making false allegations. Marandi dares the state government that if the state government comes to know about any suspicious land, house, property of mine or anyone anywhere in the state, then first of all seize it, and take action against the culprits without delay.
