BJP legislative party leader and former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi on Thursday addressed several public relations meetings and Janchoupal at various panchayats of Mandar assembly segment in support of party candidate Gangotri Kujur. Despite the rain, a large number of people gathered at various places to hear Marandi. While addressing the gathering, Babulal Marandi attacked the Congress and JMM for promoting dynastic politics along with corruption. He said, “The character of Congress and JMM is dynastic and corrupt. These people do politics for money and family.” Appealing to the voters, he said that by giving one vote to NDA's candidate Gangotri Kujur, it will hit Congress and JMM's dynastic politics.
Marandi said that the BJP cares for the poor. Antyodaya is engaged in realizing the dream. He said that when the whole world was troubled during the Corona period, Prime Minister Narendra Modi cared for the poor. Free food grains, free vaccines were given to 80 crore people. Hundreds of schemes are being run in the account of farmers including Rs 6000, water from every household tap, toilet, Ujjwala scheme, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Ayushman Yojana. Appealing to the voters, he said that the villages should win by voting for the BJP which cares for the poor farmer. He said that as soon as the BJP government is formed in Jharkhand, arrangements for roads and irrigation will be made in every village.
Marandi, targeting the Congress, said that Congress remained in power for a long time but never cared for the poor. Jharkhand state was not created by JMM and Congress, but as soon as the BJP government was formed at the center, Atal Bihari Vajpayee created a separate state. He said that before the formation of the state, there was a severe lack of roads, electricity and basic problems. After the formation of the government, the Bharatiya Janata Party decorated the state with a chain of roads. The development work reached village to village. Road electricity and basic problems were solved. Appealing to people, he said that the party which created a separate state, and carried out development work has to vote. He said that thousands of cases of theft, murder, kidnapping and rape are coming to the fore in this government. He appealed to the voters that the government which cannot catch the criminals should not vote. He said that corruption is rampant in the entire state, the government is directly involved in corruption. Such a government has to be taught a lesson.
