Maoists made their presence felt by pasting posters in Gomia, Bermo and Nawadih blocks of Bokaro district. An attempt has been made to spread panic among the people by pasting posters in various areas of Pannk in Nawadih block. Once again it has tried to show its strength which has been weakening in these areas for a long time,said sources.
People are once again in panic due to the posters put up by Naxalites and have registered their presence by pasting posters at many places including Pilpilo, Gowardih, Kachho, Goniato, Dhavaiya and Kanjkiro in Nawadih block. Naxalites have registered their activity and presence to celebrate Martyr Week in the month of December. His views regarding Bharat Bandh on 22nd December have been written in the poster. It has been written in the post by Naxalites that "if they want to capture water, forest and land, then they will have to take up weapons in their hands".
Voice will have to be raised against police atrocities and atrocities, slogans like Marxism, Leninism, Zindabad have been written.
After having information about the posters they have been removed from many places by Penk Narayanpur police. A search operation is being conducted in the forest by the police since a day in advance.
In this regard, Penk Narayanpur police station in-charge Anil Kumar said that the police reached the spot after receiving information about posters being pasted. All the posters have been confiscated. It is also being investigated whether this was done by Naxalites or by some other petty criminals. He said that action will be taken after the investigation.
