After surrender of the regional commander of Maoists Nakul Yadav and the zonal commander Madan Yadav the lohardaga police are leaving no stone unturned to nab the rest 12 ultras high on the list. A poster campaign is being run against them in jungle areas of the Peshrar block.
The SP Karthik S said, “The Maoists must surrender or be ready to get the bullets. It’s the high time for them to surrender and avail all the benefits. The drive is to catch Maoists zonal commander Ravindra, Deepak, Bhushan, Balram, Bhuvneshwar and others on run,” said the SP.
The police are making villagers aware through posters in the villages of Peshrar block such as Chainpur, Peshrar, Husru, Kerar, Bulbul, Rorad, Manhepat and Onegarha. The people are being informed about the problems created by the Maoists and how they are affecting the public lives.
Karthik added that information about the ultras should be given to the police and flashed mobile numbers of several police officials.
