Despite there being evidence to suggest that a woman death in Gomia on Friday was murdered, the brother-in law has termed her as suicide,

According to police in charge of Gomia PS ,Anil Sharma the body of 4- year old widow Meera Devi was found at Madai tola in Saram, here on Friday .In the FIR ,police said that upon receiving a phone call from Gopal Ram saying that my sister-in law namely Meera Devi committedsuicide at her room .
However, Gopal Ram declared it case of suicide as, according to him,the victim, after opening the door from inside, had managed herself by her plastic rope from a ceiling fan. But police said that Gopal Ram
had first killed her then hung her body from ceiling fan. Someone who
had heard the cries of Meera Devi and seen her fall on the floor asthey went into her.
Police sources said that Gopal Ram has tried to make a physical relationship with her but she could objected. Police said that Gopal Ram after committing crime and had hanged her body from ceiling fan byGopal Ram was evidence enough to believe that it was a suicide .
But after interrogation Gopal replied in the negative ,the de larationof the cause of death of Meera Devi ,as suicide by the Gopal Ram has also generated controversy ,so police have arrested Gopal Ram for killing her sister in law and lodged a case (52/17) under the IPC of 302.
