A 30 year old man identified as Nandan Kumar Tiwary died of freak electrocution when he reached the top of the house of Anil Dubey last night during the house entry function of Anil Dubey and there on the rooftop Nandan came in the magnetic field of the 33KV electricity wire leading to induced shock and he died on the spot.
Officer in charge of the town police station A K Mahatha has confirmed the unnatural death of Tiwary. A UD case has been registered.
Sources said Anil Dubey was having a function in his new house at Bijli Colony in Daltonganj where Nandan was his kin as guest.
The deceased, not knowing the dangers of the 33KV wire went to the roof top and there he sustained induced shock leading to his spot death.
