Nawa Bazaar police in Palamu has caught and remanded in judicial custody Ashish Ram for murdering his brother Ajay Ram in a manner most foul, brutal and barbaric.
According to the SDPO Bishrampur Surjit Kumar Ashish first made his brother Ajay over drunk and then brought him to the railway track at the Rajhara railway station on 17.5.2023.
Ashish had planned to pass this murder of his brother as a case of run over by train.
He tied Ajay's hands behind with a piece of Saree and then with a kitchen knife slit his throat all when Ajay was dead drunk and asleep!
The dead hands tied behind and throat slit Ajay was abandoned on the railway track where he got run over by train.
Police sensed it was murder and not any run over by train. SDPO Surjit Kumar said no one goes to die on the railway line with hands tied behind and throat slit and bleeding.
It was the mother of Ajay who had taken the lid off the relation between Ajay and Ashish.
SDPO Surjit Kumar said police unfolded this murder case and recovered the knife, piece of Saree, cell phone and got Ashish arrested who confessed to his crime of killing his brother Ajay all for his humiliation by Ajay when he used to be drunk.
