In a family of Deori police station area of Giridih district, two persons died after eating fish while the condition of six people is critical.
The villagers took the community health center to Deori where the doctor declared two people dead while six people were referred to the Giridih Sadar Hospital, while the incident has created a sensation in the area.
Among the dead were Pulu Rana 80 years, Bipin Kumar 7 years, while the injured were Pinky Kumari (15), Vivek Kumar (12), Aarti Kumari (16), Pinky Kumari (11), Savitri Devi (40), Bholwa Devi (70). all have been referred to Giridih. Regarding the incident, local resident Pradeep Hazra said that the family members had slept after eating fish in the night and as soon as morning got the news of being in a state of unconsciousness, after which an ambulance was called and all were sent to the hospital. Where the doctor has declared grandfather and grandson dead. He said that this whole matter should be investigated.
