Jharkhand High Court on Friday quashed a lower court notice for making Additional Chief Secretary of Jharkhand Sukddeo Singh an accused in the fodder scam case related to fraudulent withdrawal of money from Deoghar Treasury.
The notice was issued by the lower court under the section 319 of the Cr PC.
The ACS had filed a quashing petition before the High Court against notice.
After hearing that lasted for around weight months quashing petition was allowed by the court, said sources.
