A meeting of Shanti Samiti was called at Abhilasha hall in collectriate in the chairmanship of DC Manjunath Bhajantri.
In meeting DC said, “The denizens of lohardaga have always been living with mutual harmony and unity. By police patrolling squads the vigil would be organised round the clock from March 22 to 24. On March 24 drugs prohibition day will be marked.”
The civil surgeon was instructed to provide the duties of the doctors shift wise. The executive engineer of Municipal department was instructed to supply water in sufficient quantity on the day of Holi.
SP Kartik S said, “No body will be allowed to disrupt the communal harmony. The vagabonds would be kept strict eyes.”
On the occasion DDC Danial Kandulana, SDPO Ram Sarek Rai, civil surgeon Dr Vironen Tirkey, DSP Ashish Mahli, all the BDOs, COs, Subosh Ray and others were present.
