lohardaga DC Bhuvnesh Pratap Singh reached Naxal hit area Peshrar with many district level officials. Singh took stock of the situations of Dobha construction of Peshrar and Siram Panchayat by traveling on bike. He expressed dissatisfaction with the slow progress of construction. After inspection he came back to the school premises for Janta Darbar and ordered the DDC to suspend the junior engineer of land acquisition Bipin Kumar. As well he ordered the engineer to organise a camp in Peshrar and complete the work within a week. He also made available 5 JCB machines. The VlWs would collect the reports and submit to the office, DC instructed.
In Peshrar DC came to know the several problems of the villagers at Janta Darbar. For Drinking water DC instructed the junior engineer of the Drinking water department to repair the hand pumps within 5 days. The problems of raods and electricity would also be solved out soon. On complaints of the dealer of PDS DC instructed the SDO and BPO to probe into the matter and assure the genuine distribution. He also called the ANM from sub health centre and take sought of the facilities and the medicines available in the centre.
On having Singh at the old persons DC asked them whether they receive old aged pension or not. Some replied in affirmative but some of them complained that they had submitted application for the same but in vain. On the DC instructed the lDM and asst director of social security to help them to open bank account with zero balance and assure their old aged pension. DC also appealed to apply for KCC loan and submit application to get help for animal rearing as goats, pigs, poultry and fishery by making self help groups.
During the visit DC Bhuvnesh Pratap Singh, DDC, SP kartik S, all district level officials, executive engineer, BDO and employees were present.
