A motivators’ summit was held by Nawa Bihan district literacy committee. It was presided over by sub divisional officer Raj Maheshwaram.
Maheshwaram addressed the motivators, “The work of making the people literate is very pious. The person who could not get education due to poverty and others causes you people are making them learn many things. The work is not comparable to any other profession.”
“You should work with devotion and dexterity. The data should be made Panchayat wise. The goals should be decided. We have to light the candle of literacy by support of all. In first phase try to make one Panchayat of each block cent percent literate. Then go accordingly.
The district would be made literate cent percents and it would get name and fame,” he concluded. The secretary of the committee Gopi Krishns Kunwar said, “On 20th March the literacy based test would be organized. In this work the cooperation of people is expected.”
The programme was also addressed by Rajendra Oraon, Samid Ansari, Avinash Minz, Rekha Devi, Anuj Kumar Oraon and others.
On the occasion Subodh Prajapati, Archana Devi, Babita Minz, Naresh Ram, Ramesh Kumar, Kalawati Oraon and many motivators of public education centers were present.
