Swetambari Kumari, Principal of Kathara Middle school, Bokaro was felicitated by lions Club of Bokaro Thermal on Teachers' Day for her immense contribution to the school as Part of Teacher day’s celebration.
Club president ln U.K. Nair said there is the need to introspect the teaching system in the our country. He said, lots of changes have been witnessed .In olden days, relationship between teachers and students were good enough to infuse knowledge .
Keeping in view of the role played by the teachers, he said, teachers should pay almost care and love to the students as their children and students should also respect teachers as their parents so a pleasant environment can be created for learning.
Speaking at the ceremony at station club chief guest Kamlesh Kumar ,chief engineer & PH said that the importance of teachers having to impart skills that go beyond the subjects that they teach .You are key ,no matter what you teach ,to creating an environment that would encourage your students to take risks ,so that they can be nimble and resilient .We do feel proud that we are honouring teacher today that why having self honoured on the day ,he stressed .
