Employees of DVC, Bokaro Thermal, CCl, widow pensioners, retired teachers, ex-employees of DVC, and CCl continued to have a harrowing time since the last one week as the Bokaro Thermal State Bank of India branch faced link failure and was unable to serve the customers.
The link failure was restored here on Friday evening at about 5pm, after a span of one week. When their customers raised hue and cry, the bank manager made a phone call to the telephone department Bermo and sought assistance. Many people were seen shouting at the branch manager as they had to withdraw money for some pressing tasks. Banking transaction immediately started after resorting the broadband link.
According to the consumers of BSNl at Bokaro Thermal, CellOne and broadband customers of Bokaro Thermal and its surrounding areas like Bermo are in State of incommunicado from the past 10 days.
Most of the BSNl mobiles in Thermal area of Bermo have virtually stopped ringing. The missing network has resulted in customers switching off their tele-service company from BSNl.
