The Additional and Sessions Judge-I of Bokaro court RS Upadhayay awarded life imprisonment with a fine of Rs 20000 to a lawyer for killing his wife. Ashok Choudhary (45), a lawyer by profession was found guilty and had killed his wife on September 23, 2012.
A FIR was lodged by Krishna Yadav the brother of the deceased at Sector 12 OP vide case no 330/12, said Ranjit Giri Advocate of district Court Bokaro. On the charges of brutally killing his wife, Choudhary was convicted by the court on Friday and today awarded the life term, informed Giri.
