Revenue and land Reforms Department Secretary KK Soan has claimed that out of total 263 circles in the State, land records in 134 circles have been digitised so far. The process of digitisation integrates mutation as well as registration.
“We have been successful in making 134 circles digitised in the State. Though target to complete the process in all the 263 circles is December 2016 but we are in the process to complete it by November itself,” said the Secretary.
At the same time, he added that since there was nearly 98 per cent coverage of Aadhaar in the State all the land related registries have been made necessarily UID enabled.
