A bail application was filed on behalf of Kaushalya Rani, mother of Ranjeet Singh Kohli in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Neeraj Kumar Srivastava on Wednesday.
The court, after hearing the bail application, has asked for the case diary from the police and has fixed September 17 for the next date. The bail was pleaded by her advocate on the ground of she being old and ill. She also claimed that her name did not appear directly in the FIR.
