The girls of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Awasiya Vidyalay Pandu in Palamu had a surprise request for the SP Chandan Kumar Sinha. The SP had a stopover visit to this residential school for the girls today as he was on the supervision of the case under the Pandu police station.
The SP said that he visited the school and asked the girls what they would like him to teach if and when he comes to their school to which girls asked the SP to teach them physics.
The girls even gave the SP their topic. It is the reflection and refraction of light. The SP said he heard the topic and promised to do it. He said, "Physics was my subsidiary subject as I have done Honours in Mathematics. I know the topic."
However, the SP did not say when he would be pushing off for his new academic assignment in the backwaters of Palamu Pandu.
Police sources said the SP had a plan for preparing rural students to have fluency in English which could not get materialised for some unavoidable reasons here in this most happening district Palamu.
