RP Mala, Judicial Magistrate posted in Hazaribagh Civil Court, has filed an FIR against doctor Vikash Kumar Singh, a well-known child specialist. In the FIR, she had stated that on September 4 evening doctor Singh abused, threatened and harassed her in Aayushman Nursing Home.
On September 1, she went to doctor Singh’s clinic with her ailing kid and took medical advice. In the evening of 4th when the condition of her kid appeared like getting worse, she rang to doctor Singh to know who was in Aayushman Nursing Home. In late evening at about 9 pm, she with her kid and requested the doctor to examine him but the doctor refused to do so. Judicial Magistrate RP Mala has stated that she requested several times but the doctor started abusing and threatening her. Meanwhile, a delegation of Hazaribagh unit Indian Medical Association led by president Major PK Sinha met with SP Manoj Kaushik and said that the Judicial Magistrate is misusing her power and she forced him to examine her kid first leaving other patients. Since Dr. Singh refused to do so which perhaps has hurt her ego.
