The special CBI court today held Rahul Verma and LakhanVerma, both accused of murder of Judge Uttam Anand, guilty under section 301 and 201 of IPC.
The final judgement would be delivered onAugust 6 by the special CBI judge.
Judge Anand was hit by a speeding auto rickshaw early in morning on July 28/ 2021 near Randhir Verma square while he was returning home from morning walk.
One of the two accused was driving and the other was sitting in the same vehicle and hit the judge from behind to snatch away his mobile. The judge was taken to SNMCH but died there .
