After getting no response from the Congress party, to form an alternative Government in the State Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, has directed the workers to prepare themselves for elections and announce the party leadership in the State.
In a meeting, held at the party office in Ranchi, the party workers who have not taken membership formally, were asked to register and apply for their memberships till June 15 as per the instructions given by the JMM Chief Shibu Soren in the meeting held in Bokaro on May 21 and 22.
“If they do not become an active member of the party, they will not be eligible for holding any party posts,” said district President of JMM Antu Tikry. According to the instructions given by Guruji in Bokaro, panchayat and ward committees should be formed before June 30.
The party workers were also directed to start a membership drive after June 30.
Mahanagar and block level committees will also be formed till July 31. The JMM planned to organise various training camps and conferences at the Assembly seat level to improve its mass base in the State for a prospective win this year.
