Jharkhand Mukti Morcha's (JMM), General Secretary cum Spokesperson, Supriyo Bhattacharya targeted Babulal Marandi's advisor Sunil Tiwari here on Thursday. Comparing Sunil Tiwari with BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, Bhattacharya asked why Babulal Marandi is so worried about the safety of a person, who is accused of sexually exploiting a minor.
Addressing a press meet, Bhattacharya said that the entire BJP is worried about the person who sexually exploited a minor domestic help. He alleged that Babulal Marandi has business relations with Sunil Tiwari's family. He asked who is Sunil Tiwari after all and what is lacking in their security that Babulal Marandi is writing a 4-page letter?
The JMM General Secretary said that Sunil Tiwari is currently on bail and our advice is that if there is so much concern then Babulal Marandi should sit on strike. He alleged that Babulal Marandi was seeking government protection for the robbery. He said that giving protection to Sunil Tiwari means putting the sisters and daughters of Jharkhand in danger. He said that JMM demands that the state government should conduct a complete investigation into the Sunil Tiwari case.
