State BJP Spokesperson Pratul Shahdeo on Wednesday termed JMM’s ‘Nishchay Patra’ (manifesto) full of uncertainties.
He said the JMM’s ‘Anishchay Patra’ talks about providing employment to five lakh youths in two years. He said that Hemant Soren should tell whether he gave jobs to even 14 youths during his 14 month tenure as chief minister. Pratul said that during the 14 month government of JMM the file of domicile policy did not even move 14 steps.
Shahdeo said the JMM in its ‘Anishchay Patra’ has promised to give tender of sand ghats upto Rs 25 crore to locals. “They should first make it clear when the ownership rights of sand ghats were with the gram sabhas then why they snatched it from the villagers and gave it to capitalists of Mumbai?” he asked adding that there is a lot of difference between JMM’s words and deeds.
The BJP spokesperson added at one hand the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha talks of giving employment to 5 lakh people and unemployment allowance on the other side.
“These are both contradictory and their cleverness is caught. The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha has promised loan waiver for the farmers in the ‘Anishchay Patra’. They should understand that the Bharatiya Janata Party is providing farmers with an amount ranging from Rs 11,000 to Rs 31,000 to do farming. The BJP does not want the farmer to get caught in the debt trap. This is the basic difference between the BJP and JMM’s point of view,” he added.
Pratul said the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha has talked about giving jobs to the families of the martyrs in the manifesto.
“The State Government has been doing this already. Rather, the State Government has developed the village of big martyrs of this State into a model village. The BJP has already implemented all these rights for women which JMM is talking about in its manifesto. Hemant Soren used to talk about the regularisation of para teachers and Anganwadi workers and assistants. Now his ‘Anishchay Patra’ is only talking about giving them a pay scale,” he said.
