Extremists of two splinter groups namely JJMP and TPC on Saturday afternoon exchanged fire between them at Dhonki under Manika police station in latehar district. Information suggest that the clash continued for little over half an hour.
DSP of Barwadih MS Jamooda when approached said, "A team of police officials has gone to the site where the exchange of fire took place under Manika police station where JJMP and TPC ultras have fired at each other this Saturday afternoon. Preliminary report suggested no casualty on any of their two sides." Police were monitoring the situation.
