Jharkhand HC asks CBI to file affidavit in fodder scam

While hearing a petition requesting to make Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and others a party in the fodder scam, the Jharkhand High Court on Friday asked CBI to file an affidavit is depicting the basis on which it took a U-turn in the case of Nitish Kumar and others making party in fodder scam. “Petitioner Mithlesh Singh had filed a petition in the Jharkhand HC saying CBI SP in Patna Javed Hussain had filed an affidavit in the Patna High Court requesting to make JDU leaders Nitish Kumar, Shivanand Tiwary, lalan Singh and Umesh Singh as party in the case after he found their involvement in the scam. But the CBI deliberately never initiated any investigation against them,” said petitioners advocate Vibhuti Narayan Pandey.
