Jewellery worth `20l stolen

Keeping police department on toes crime graph is on rise in Bokaro. Now adding to the rising crime graph in Bokaro, district police failed to tackle rising incidents of crime, including burglaries, chain snatching, and most importantly frequent vehicle thefts .

last night the thieves escaped with the jewellery worth of about 20 lakhs rupees from a jewellery shop at Sector Market Sector - 1 in Boakro district, police said.

Wednesday night thieves escaped with precious ornaments including Gold and Silver and Rs 10 thousand cash from Alankar Jeweler's shop near Ram Mandir at Bokaro.  An FIR has been lodged at the City police station and police has started investigation in the case.
