DC Paramjeet Kaur inaugurated the Jan Dhan Yojana of central government, started by PM Narendra Modi on Thursday.
Kaur said, “The purpose of this scheme is to have bank accounts for each person. For this, all the government and non government organisations would have to come forward. Till now 6532 people have opened the account.”
On the occasion MlA Kamal Kishor Bhagat and many officers and employees were present.
