Former Union Minister Subodh Kant Sahay today said the State Government was following ‘Raghubar manual’ instead of jail manual for the political leaders in the State. Sahay was speaking to the media persons at Birsa Munda Central Jail on Monday after meeting RJD Chief lalu Prasad.

“Working on the directions of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP Chief Amit Shah, Das is making Raghubar Manual for political leaders opposed to the BJP and currently lodged in jail. It is only due to political enmity that former minister Yogendra Sao his wife and Barkagaon MlA Nirmala Devi are in jail,” said Sahay. Now only few days are left of Raghubar Government, after which he will have to give an account of the plunder done during his tenure, he added.

“He should get his place secured in the jail as the Opposition parties will ask for an account of everything done during his tenure,” said Sahay.

Speaking about Prasad, Sahay informed that he was in good health inside the jail.

“lalu Ji is a personality which has always fought against the communal forces. He has been convicted is a judicial system... we will approach higher court to prove him innocent,” said the former Union Minister. Prasad was politically an honest person, he added.Meanwhile, over three dozen of RJD leaders and workers queued up before Birsa Munda Central Jail to meet Prasad and as many as 20 persons had submitted applications seeking permission from the Jail Superintendent to meet their leader. The jail administration, with the consent of Prasad, allowed only three persons to meet.

Though, Sahay refused to say anything in this regard, Prasad reportedly discussed about the current political scenario and also gave directions to unite Opposition parties in the State.
