Former AJSU legislator KK Bhagat, convicted in an attempt to murder case on Dr KK Sinha, was fined by the Railway staff for travelling without ticket (WT) on New Delhi - Ranchi Garib Rath Express on Friday.
Bhagat, undergoing treatment at All India Institute for Medical Sciences from quite some time was allegedly taken to Ranchi in haste by the policemen on Friday without giving any valid reasons and was not even provided food or water while travelling by the policemen, he alleged.
