After directive of State Legal services authority, the chief judicial magistrate (CJM) Amit Kumar Vaishya, judicial magistrate Abhishek Srivasva and secretary of DLSA Sindhu Nath Lamaye on Wednesday, held a JaiI Adalat at Garhwa Jail.
As per the information, four cases were brought to this Jail Adalat, of which decisions on one case was taken after which one accused Santosh Kumar has been released from the jail.
DLSA secretary Lamaya informed that the four decided case was registered under Section 457 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC).
Moreover, the DLSA informed that next jail adalat will held on the eve of Republic Day on January 26.
