Tell us details about your association with Yoga.
I have been practicing yoga under the guidance of my mentor Swami Maitreyananda for past 17 years. The yoga federation of our nation has always encouraged my dedication for this tradition mode of maintaining fitness. Even at this age of 42 years, I give full concentration to my work. Thanks to Yoga.
