The personnel of BSL's HRCF and CRM-1, 2 departments have set an example of better housekeeping in the shop floor by disposing off old scrap and waste material by thoroughly cleaning the areas around the workplace with their internal resources. Sharing Information COC Manikant Dhan added that these efforts of the workers will also improve the productivity of these departments and safe working style will be developed.
Officers and personnel of BSL's CRM-1, 2 and HRCF departments expressed their commitment to housekeeping in their 5-S System of Workplace Management to prevent accidents, increase productivity and communicate positive energy among workers consequently made the workplace a safe and beautiful area.
By removing unnecessary items from the coil yard and plate sheet yard of HRCF, the space required for each essential item has been kept at a fixed location. The area has been beautified by engraving Madhubani and Jharcraft paintings on the garden walls developed in the HRCF side with the aim of making a positive impact on the people coming to the Plant Plaza Road.
