PTM organised at Surendranath School
With an aim to bridge the gap between teachers, students and parents, online Parents Teachers meet was conducted for students of UKG to X of Surendranath Centenary School from Tuesday to Sunday. Coincidentally the Final Day of PTM also marks the celebration of National Parents’ Day. Using the digital platform, the teachers went into a one to one interaction with the parents, discussing on their continuous support required in moving ahead facing the new challenge in education.
Teachers also took the opportunity to talk to their students to encourage them to do creative work, follow a disciplined study schedule, take healthy diet and learn some life skills. Conveying a concern for child’s digital security, Principal, Samita Sinha emphasised that parents should monitor the online classes and not leave the little children alone with the gadgets. She appreciated the joint effort of school and home in leading the cause of learning through the virtual platform.
