Syndicate Bank holds dealers’ meet
Regional Manager, Syndicate Bank, N. Sateesh chaired a Vehicle Dealers meet in the city on Tuesday. Sateesh, welcomed all the city vehicle dealers and requested to inspire the customers to avail loan facility from Syndicate Bank.
Fifteen renowned vehicle dealers participated in the meet. Meanwhile, Sateesh addressed and acknowledged the vehicle dealers about the attractive incentive scheme of car loan.
The entire vehicle dealers’ team appreciated the programme. On the occasion Credit Manager, Rima Kedia and others were present.
SBPS celebrates Guru Purnima
Guru Purnima was observed on the premises of SBPS with great zeal and devotion on Tuesday. Special assembly was conducted and dedicated to the ‘gurus’ speeches and shlokas were recited by the students, which highlighted the importance of the ‘Gurus’ in lives. School Head Personnel and Admin, Pradip Verma enlightened all the students about the role of a teacher in life of a person and said that one can achieve success only with the true guidance of teachers (Gurus).
Principal, Paramjit Kaur, made the students aware of the fact that if they learn to honour their teachers the students can achieve goals in life.
HC rejects Pradeep Yadav’s bail plea
The Jharkhand High Court on Tuesday rejected Jharkhand Vikas Morcha-Prajatantrik (JVM-P) legislator Pradeep Yadav’s plea for anticipatory bail in connection with a sexual harassment case lodged by a woman leader of JVM-P. The court of Justice Anil Kumar Choudhary rejected Yadav’s petition, which he had moved on July 1. On June 19, a District Court in Deoghar rejected Yadav’s petition for anticipatory bail in the case. The court of Deoghar’s Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) had issued an arrest warrant against Yadav on June 30.
UBI organises customers meet
United Bank of India organised a customers’ meet in the city on Tuesday. DGM and Regional Manager, UBI, Sudhir Kumar Sinha addressed the meeting and discussed about the different schemes. Moreover Sinha also mentioned about the Retail League, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) League and about the special interest lending system of the UBI.
At the end of the meeting all the customers were distributed the prospectus of Home Loan scheme.
In the meeting Branch Manager, Deepak Kumar Sinha and others were also present.
Orientation for BIT Mesra students
BIT Mesra’s Department of Management organised an orientation programme for its MBA Course on Tuesday. Guest of Honour, Kamlesh K Sharma,-VP and Chief Communications Officer at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd graced the event.
Other guests included Dr. Utpal Baul, Shadab Hassan.
The various topics discussed were various marketing and advertising strategies of the company, its communication program, Corporate Social Responsibility.
