IWCS holds blood donation camp
Inner Wheel Club of Swarnrekha, Ranchi organised a Blood Donation Camp for the children suffering from Thalassemia & Sickle cell anaemia here on Thursday. Twenty people donated their blood . In a very compassionate & kind gesture Joint Club Correspondent Archana Trivedi, Club Members Nupur Sheshank and Dr Aditi Nandi also donated their blood for this noble cause. The Club honoured the Blood Donors with Certificates of grateful appreciation and Energy drinks & Biscuits were also given to the Blood Donors. Dr Mayukh Kumar (Club Member Dr.Aditi's husband) was a big support and greatly instrumental in the success of today's Blood Donation Camp organised by our Club. The blood collected in the camp will be used by many needed persons. The total cost of the event was Rs 1400.
Mask and Jute Bag distributed in CMPDI
‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav' was celebrated at HRD,HQ, CMPDIL, Ranchi. On this occasion, a special program was organized in presence of Alok Kumar , General Manager, HRD/CSR/MSD. On this occasion, Alok Kumar told the importance and roles of our freedom fighters in the freedom struggle to contractual employees and other staff and officers present in the programme. In the end all contractual employees and other staff and officers present in the programme were urged to keep the surrounding clean & green for a clean, green & disease free environment in return. A set of Mask, Sanitizer, Hand wash & jute bags were distributed amongst all contractual employees.
