Mahesh Goyal joins as Chief General Manager
Mahesh Goyal, took charge as Chief General Manager State Bank of India at Patna Circle. Goyal joined SBI as officer in 1987. He worked in various field of banking in his 32 years of career. Before joining in Patna he was working as General Manager in Kolkata. After joining the post Goyal’s priority is to provide better quality facility to the customers of the banks. Stressing on digital banking Goyal said those areas of Bihar and Jharkhand still there is no availability banking facility priority will be given to financial inclusion.
Moderate thunderstorm likely to affect J’khand
Moderate thunderstorm is likely to affect some parts of south Hazaribagh, Ramgarh, Bokaro, East part of Ranchi and Saraikela – Kharsawan districts within next two to three hours on Sunday. It may be accompanied with strong winds reaching 30-40 kmph or more, light rainfall and lightening.
Four Arrested in Pakur GangRape Case
Four men have been arrested in a gang rape case in Pakur. The incident occurred on Saturday afternoon when the four men took a woman to a nearby jungle and outraged her. The woman filed a complaint with the Amrapada Police Station on Saturday night, following which the four were arrested by Sunday. The woman and the accused all belong to the same village.
