Enhancement of techniques for Quality Education is the need of the hour. The present is changing scenario in education requires a change in the teaching methodology,” said Dr. Hemlata S. Mohan, Director and Principal of DPS Bokaro during a workshop on ‘Teaching Strategies’ at DPS School.
With the initiative to enhance teaching strategies in the present scenario a one-day workshop on ‘Teaching Strategies’ by Quality Education Asia for the teachers of Sahodaya School Complex, Bokaro was organised at DPS, Bokaro on Friday.
The Resource Person for the workshop was Rupam Sah, lead learner and CEO of Quality Education Asia, Ravi and Kavita Jain from Quality Education Asia were present in the workshop.
During the workshop 30 teaching strategies for different age groups and different subjects were also discussed and experienced. Rupam suggested that all must regularly look for more strategies and test its practical success for continuous improvement in teaching techniques and enhancement of teaching methodology.
While interacting with the teachers, she talked about identifying the features of Active and Passive learning and the advantages of using teaching strategies in the class room.
