A Workshop on Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) under Enterprise Risk Management was organised at IISCO Steel Plant for General Managers and HODs to identify and frame policies for risk mitigation.
Twenty-four participants undertook series of brainstorming sessions to shortlist 12 major risks in the areas of Operations, Projects, Materials, Finance, Personnel and Human Resource as part of Risk Identification & Mitigation Policy initiated by SAIl. The identified risks were grouped in order of severity and each risk was assigned a Risk Owner who in turn will work with respective champion to develop strategy for mitigating risk
