ICAR sports meet concluded on a high note here on Sunday. The event organised at Hotwar, Khelgaon. As many as 502 players from 12 States participated in ICAR Tournament for East Zone – 2018. Louise Marandi, Minister, Department of Social Welfare was the Chief Guest for the concluding ceremony. Events like Archery, Kabaddi, long-jumb, different track events were organised.
