The Pentecostal Assembly School Bokaro welcomed its former student, IAS Abhishek Kumar Garg for an interaction with the teachers. Abhishek is to take up his first posting as Assistant Commissioner in the capital city of Shimla by mid-April. His gesture of returning to his school, to honour his Principal and teachers who were pivotal in his growth, brought great joy to the PAS family. Standing among his teachers, he called them 'Friend Fighters' for students and great supporters of the nation.
Garg recalled the words of CAO, Rita Prasad who always taught the students that 'A single grade cannot decide our entire life. We need to take failure as opportunity'. He acknowledged how these words kept him motivated & helped him in moulding his future in the right direction.
On this special day he was awarded with the Star Medal by the Director, Dr D. N Prasad and the CAO, Rita Prasad. It was a matter of pride & joy for him to visit the institution and talk about how he achieved this height of success. He was quite optimistic that the PAS will create many more gems in the near future.
