I am in fray, don't believe in rumours: Mehta

I am in fray and seriously contesting this parliamentary poll, the talks going on in some area that I have left the battlefield, is nothing but rumour and it is my appeal to all the voters that don’t believe on such rumors. It was said by CPI State Secretary cum party candidate from Hazaribagh parliamentary constituency Bhuvaneshwar Prasad Mehta in a PC held at party office Manjoor Bhawan today.

Directly blaming AJSU for the rumor going on in the constituency two times MP from Hazaribagh Mehta said that Chandraprakash Choudhary had earlier tried to conquer the seat by money power and this time the AJSU party is trying to consolidate its position on both money and caste power but people know everything and this time too their efforts will prove futile.

In Jharkhand AJSU always remained a good friend of BJP and perhaps the art of making and spreading rumor they have learnt from their friend. In some parts of the constituency we have heard the AJSU workers telling to voters that they will too support Narendra Modi in center, Mehta added.

On current election scenario of the constituency Mehta said that 2004 is going to be repeated and once again I am going to defeat the BJP candidate. This is my last election so the people have made up their mind to send me as their representative in the parliament. After this election I will remain in the field of social service but not going to fight any election, Mehta cleared.

Hammering on Congress and other parties Mehta said that the people are annoyed with corruption and inflation. Everyone knows that Congress is responsible for this so in this election Congress will have to suffer. Talking about JVM Mehta said that like AJSU this party too is a ‘B’ team of BJP, their “leader only makes speeches but never comes on street to fight for the poor people of this State like us”.
