The candidates for State assembly election started to forecast their number of votes. There is the chance of interesting battle for votes this time. Congress State president Sukhdeo Bhagat as well as AJSU candidate Kamal Kishore Bhagat are trying their luck third time in this battle.
In the election of 2005 Sukhdeo Bhagat had defeated BJP candidate Sadhnu Bhagat. In that election Sadhnu Bhagat had got 28,243 votes whereas Sukhdeo Bhagat had acquired 35023. In 2005 AJSU candidate KK Bhagat had got 5845 votes. In 2009 KK Bhagat defeated Sukhdeo Bhagat and Sadhnu Bhagat ang polled 35816 votes by small margin. Sukhdeo Bhagat got 35200 votes whereas Sadhnu Bhagat got 28949 votes.
Now both the parties are facing each other as the BJP has entered into alliance with AJSU. On the other hand Congress party smells the rats inside the party itself. Some senior Congress leaders are in mood to take revenge because of ignorance.
