The Hazaribag Municipal Corporation has imposed fines on such buildings, which were constructed without passing building maps from the town planner office of the corporation.
On the direction of town commissioner Prerna Dixit, a team was formed by the corporation for a special drive with the purpose of checking such buildings which were constructed in the town areas.
The special drive was headed by the town planner Alok Naryan. The team had visited the building of Jitendra Sharma and Satish Kumar. They have demanded the paper related to the construction of the building. They failed to produce the paper in front of the team.
The team under the municipality Act2011 under section 600 (B)( i) the team has issued the notice with the warning that they have to reply to the notice within three days, otherwise the corporation will be fined.
The team has collected the 27,000 cash from the fine which was imposed on the buildings of the town. The team was also strict on such persons who were using the common road for keeping the construction raw material.
The town commissioner Dixit said that we have decided to continue the different drive on such persons who were not paid the amount to the corporation. We have also prepared a list of such persons who are having the holding tax.
We have decided that those persons who were not up to date in paying the holding tax, the case in the concerned police station will be lodged.
In the team along with town planner Vinita Khalko, assistant engineer Vikash Ravvani, Pradeep Kumar and assistant Manoj were present.
